📋 Short version: Use SLD Bot responsibly, follow Discord's rules, don't misuse or abuse the bot, and respect other users. Violations may result in being blocked from using the bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting SLD Bot to your server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Permitted Use

SLD Bot is provided for personal and community use on Discord. You may:

Add the bot to servers you own or manage
Use all available slash commands and features
Create and manage playlists, queues, and server settings
Use moderation features on members of your server

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use SLD Bot to:

Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
Harass, abuse, or harm other users via moderation commands
Spam commands, overload the bot, or attempt denial-of-service attacks
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the bot's infrastructure
Use the bot for illegal activities in any jurisdiction
Attempt to access or extract the bot's database, tokens, or source code
Impersonate the bot, its creators, or staff members

4. Music & Copyright

SLD Bot streams audio from third-party sources (YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction. We do not host or distribute any music files — the bot only streams publicly available audio.

5. Availability & Modifications

We provide SLD Bot on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to:

Modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice
Take the bot offline for maintenance
Restrict access for users or servers that violate these terms

6. Limitation of Liability

SLD Bot and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from: the use or inability to use the bot, data loss, unauthorized access, or third-party content played through music commands. Use the bot at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will announce major changes in our Support Server.
